Who is Erik Spencer? He's a singer/songwriter, electronic music composer, and sessions musician based out of the LA area making weird and catchy tunes for your eardrums.
After growing up playing classical violin Spencer started his rock career performing as the lead singer and guitarist for SF Bay Area bands The Lucky Devils and later Nine Wives. After several years as an indie rock frontman Spencer struck out on his own, playing solo shows in cafes and singer-songwriter venues and showcases.
Spencer has released 3 studio albums, "Profile" with Nine Wives, and "Double Life" and "Flight Risk" as solo projects. He's played extensively throughout California at well known venues such as the Whisky a Go Go in LA, The Rockit Room in SF, Saint Rocke in Hermosa Beach, and many other venues from Sacramento to San Diego. He's also recorded and acted in Nine Wives' music video which debuted at the Scary Cow Independent film festival in SF.
Currently Spencer is in Hermosa Beach, California, playing a unique blend of acoustic and electronic music and working as a sessions guitarist/vocalist/percussionist and songwriter in the LA area.
